Linguine Jesce are prepared only with durum wheat semolina from a controlled supply chain and therefore guaranteed 100% Italian. The careful selection of raw materials and production territories combined with artisanal processing, bronze-drawing and low-temperature drying give these linguine flavor, texture and hold when cooked. Linguine are perfect with many traditional Mediterranean tomato and fresh vegetable sauces. Excellent with a rich fish sauce.
