The Pacchero D'Aniello is a small masterpiece of goodness. In fact, the Pasta di Gragnano IGP of this traditional pasta factory is produced with a selection of high quality durum wheat grown in Campania: the semolina obtained is then kneaded exclusively with water from the local aquifer. The pasta, after the various stages of processing, is dried at low temperature and then packaged within 24 hours to preserve the exceptional organoleptic qualities. Pacchero di Gragnano IGP Pastificio D'Aniello is excellent with many condiments: with cherry tomatoes of Piennolo, with seafood, with creamy vegetable sauces, with tasty meat sauce, sausage, mushrooms. Paccheri are also to be tried stuffed with ricotta, seasoned to taste and baked in the oven.
