Gift Wrapping Shipping Costs in Italy

Shipping costs for Italy are free of charge for orders over € 59.00. For orders below this amount, the costs are € 6,90.

Shipping costs for gift boxes abroad

For shipping to Europe, the costs are € 14.00 for orders up to € 150, € 20 up to € 250, € 30 up to € 500, € 50 over € 500.

*Countries to which we ship: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding the Azores), Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands, but excluding the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Hungary.

Methods of transport and delivery times

Shipments of ReRegalo gift boxes in Italy and abroad are made by BRT express courier. For shipments abroad we may use the support of local partners, in order to guarantee timely delivery and compliance with the rates indicated at the time of purchase.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays..

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions and links for tracking your shipment.

• for Italy, orders placed are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days

• for abroad* delivery takes approximately 4/10 working days, depending on the country of destination. See table:

The express delivery service involves 2 delivery attempts to the recipient. A notice is left at each attempt. After the second attempt in which the parcel could not be delivered, the order goes into storage. If the addressee is untraceable and the parcel is returned to the sender, ReRegalo shall refund the Customer net of the return costs incurred.

Returns and refunds

In the event of a return, in addition to refunding or replacing the purchased goods, ReRegalo shall bear the shipping costs.

Multiple shipments to different recipients

ReRegalo allows its customers to send customised gift boxes to several recipients, in Italy and abroad. For example, you can purchase three gift boxes to be sent to recipients at three different addresses.

For multiple shipments, shipping costs are to be calculated individually for each shipment as if they were separate orders, not on the total ordered. (Several gift boxes sent to the same address count as one shipment).

For example:

You buy ten gift boxes to be sent to two different recipients in Italy: the purchase is treated as two separate orders, so if both orders amount to more than €45.00, shipping costs are free for both shipments. On the other hand, if one of the two orders has a value of less than €45.00, €5.40 shipping costs must be calculated.

If, on the other hand, part of the gift wrapping is to be sent abroad, € 12.00 shipping costs must be calculated for each shipping address, regardless of the value of the order.
