In fact, the Pasta di Gragnano IGP of this traditional pasta factory is produced with a selection of high quality durum wheat grown in Campania: the semolina obtained is then kneaded exclusively with water from the local aquifer. The pasta, after the various stages of processing, is dried at low temperature and then packaged within 24 hours to preserve the exceptional organoleptic qualities. The Pettola Rigata di Gragnano IGP Pastificio D'Aniello is ready to prepare tasty baked pasta with the classic Neapolitan sauce or with vegetables, with ricotta or various cheeses. Try the lasagna with "seafood", but always with a soft béchamel sauce on the last layer!
