The Schüttelbrot Original Fritz&Felix is the traditional spicy dry bread of South Tyrol with a round shape and typical alveolatura: it is prepared with rye flour, fennel seeds and caraway, without preservatives. The Schüttelbrot is tasty and crunchy, perfect to keep in the pantry because it keeps fragrant for days. It is excellent with a curl of butter to accompany cold cuts and cheeses, even better if South Tyrolean.
