Delicius, founded in 1974 in Parma, city of great gastronomic tradition, chooses to work and preserve only the anchovies of the species Engraulis encrasicholus, caught in the Mediterranean by the lampara, that is by a type of fishing with low environmental impact. Anchovies are processed very fresh with great care and wisdom to ensure a high quality finished product.
