The Casale Pietropaolo Farm cultivates traditional Vesuvian fruits and vegetables with respect for the land and biodiversity. The Pellecchiella apricot is an ancient fruit of Vesuvius, a Slow Food Presidium, prized for its extraordinary sweetness, which we find in this exquisite compote. This Campanian excellence is processed by hand, artisanally, with only 15 percent sugar: it is excellent on bread, to make delicious desserts or to accompany platters of aged cheeses.
