The story of Pasticceria Barbero begins with Marco, who in the late 1800s moved to Turin from Cherasco to work as a helper in a confectionery workshop and learn a trade. A few years later he returned to Cherasco where he opened a chocolate confectionery that still produces its original specialties, such as the Baci di Cherasco.
