The Blanc de Blancs Tenuta Mazzolino is a Metodo Classico from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Intense yellow color with fine perlage, the nose is complex, with hints of citrus, powdered sugar and hazelnut butter, with notes of toasted bread. In the mouth it has good acidity with aromas of yellow fruits, peach and roasted hazelnuts. It is perfect paired with shellfish and crustaceans, fresh tuna, mixed fried fish and vegetables, vegetable and seafood pasta dishes. Alcohol 12.5%, serving temperature 8/10°.
