The Cabernet from South Tyrol is a full-bodied red wine, deep ruby red in color, with hints of ripe red fruits, currant and raspberry. On the palate it is potete, calto with fine, soft tannins and good freshness. Excellent paired with rich red meat main courses, roasted to grilled, game, lamb. Perfect with aged or spicy cheeses. 14% alcohol. Serving temperature 16° C.
