Alce Nero's Cappelli corn and durum wheat galette are made by adding organic Cappelli durum wheat to corn, a variety distinguished by its intense aroma and spikes up to six feet high that end in unmistakable black whiskers. These galettes are ideal to use as an alternative to bread or rusk for breakfast. They are also excellent slightly warmed.
