The Coockies Factory Amari was born from the passion for pastry of sisters Lorella and Mariella, who in 2003 opened their small artisanal business in Carmignano, Italy, where they produce delicious handmade cookies made with exceptional ingredients: only first-ripening butter, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Tuscan chestnut flour, and dried fig jam from Carmignano, which are Slow Food Presidium. These Carmignanini are delicious shortbread cookies filled with dried fig jam, great for breakfast, snack and whenever the craving for a sweet treat comes.
Inspired by the tradition of biscuit-making in Prato, Lorella and Mariella Amari started the company that bears their name in 2003. In a land known for the famous "cantucci pratesi," the Amari sisters give life to an artisanal reality, combining authenticity and quality in delicious handmade cookies.
