Biscottificio Amari was born from the passion of sisters Lorella and Mariella for pastry making. In 2003 they opened their small artisan business in Carmignano, where they produce delicious handmade cookies prepared with extraordinary ingredients: only first cut butter, Piedmontese hazelnuts, Tuscan chestnut flour, dried fig jam from Carmignano, a place that celebrates slow food. These Carmignanini are delicious shortbread cookies filled with delicious gianduia cream. They are great for breakfast, as a snack or whenever you feel like a sweet treat.
Inspired by the tradition of biscuit-making in Prato, Lorella and Mariella Amari started the company that bears their name in 2003. In a land known for the famous "cantucci pratesi," the Amari sisters give life to an artisanal reality, combining authenticity and quality in delicious handmade cookies.
