The Carnaroli DOP Rice of Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese produced by Azienda Agricola Musso is a product of the highest quality grown in a restricted area of Piedmont, according to the Region's Integrated Environmental Measure Cultivation system. The microclimate favors the main characteristics of this excellence: -smaller kernel than rice grown elsewhere, with a more developed internal pearl: this makes the rice very resistant to cooking -greater flavor. The Carnaroli DOP Rice of Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese is milled stone cold using the traditional processing method that allows it to keep all its organoleptic properties intact. The Carnaroli Rice is a fine rice variety ideal for the preparation of great Italian risottos: exceptional with porcini mushrooms, truffles and for many other regional recipes, first and foremost that of risotto alla Milanese.
