Since 1932 in Villafranca Piemonte, Bonifanti has been producing high quality panettone and Easter doves, thanks to the artisanal processing of selected raw materials and the use of white mother yeast, which has been refreshed daily ever since, irreplaceable in giving the leavened products unique fragrance and aromas. Since 2010 Bonifanti panettoni has received the important Great Taste Award every year.
