Alce Nero's Fairtrade mocha blend is made using only Arabica coffee grown between 1250 and 1800 meters above sea level by small-scale farmers in Nicaragua and Peru. The coffee, freshly roasted, is packaged in a protected atmosphere. The package is equipped with aroma-saving valve that preserves the original flavor idenity and strength.
