Straordinariamente buona, è ideale per colazione su pane tostato e fette biscottate, ottima per preparare crostate o dessert. Da provare come accompagnamento a formaggi semi stagionati.
The Kazzen company was founded in Pantelleria in 2004, almost as a game: the D' Ancona brothers built a workshop on the family land and in their spare time devoted themselves to handcrafting and preserving the island's typical caper. In 2005 their Pesto Pantesco won the Taste Award at Expo Dei Sapori. Their enthusiasm drives them to offer many other specialties, prepared according to traditional recipes, with carefully selected materials and careful processing. Awarded several prizes for its fine Passito di Pantelleria, even today the company is still a small, valuable artisan business that passionately promotes Pantelleria's extraordinary products around the world.
