The craft amber beer Fiat Lux Collesi, unpasteurized and with natural fermentation in the bottle, is warm, intense, soft but spicy. A beer of great elegance, it is not only quaffable on its own, but also excellent with grilled meats, roasts, porcini mushrooms and cured meats. Try it with raw fish and medium aged cheeses with flowered crusts. Alcohol 7,5%. Serving temperature 6/7° C.
