The Cream of Marrons with Vanilla is one of the flagships, along with quince, of the Andrini company in Gottolengo (BS) that has specialized in fruit processing for more than 80 years. The Cream of Marrons with Vanilla is prepared from selected Italian chestnuts, with the addition of vanilla. It is a delicious spreadable cream, to be enjoyed with bread or rusks at breakfast or snack time. It is also used in the creation of desserts.
