Alce Nero's 75% extra dark chocolate bar has an intense, bitter taste with a sweet note and is made with Organic cane sugar. The cocoa used is Fairtrade certified and comes from Latin America. After roasting, the beans are masterfully processed by the ancient Swiss maison chocolatier Chocolat Stella, a partner of Alce Nero.
