Tumai, a name chosen by the "old people" to indicate one of the areas rich in particularly valuable olive trees, is a mark of quality. Precious and refined extra virgin olive oil "Monocultivar Taggiasca" obtained exclusively from cold-pressed Taggiasca olives. Golden yellow with slight green hues, this oil has a broad and aromatic flavor, rich in tones of artichoke and tomato and very low acidity. Its elegance enhances the delicacy of a fish or vegetable dish.
The history of Olio Anfosso began in the mid-1940s, when brothers Alessandro and Alfredo, in love with the olive oil culture of western Liguria, began processing native olives into high-quality oils.
