The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Frantoio Bartolini is the fruit of the careful work of Master Oil-Maker Emilio Bartolini who, thanks to the experience gained in his family, researches and selects the best olives, guaranteeing hand-picking and cold extraction. Extra virgin olive oil pressed by traditional method from olives of the Moraiolo (minimum 60%), Leccino and Frantoio varieties grown in Umbria. Green in color, with distinct olive scent, it has an intense fruity taste, pleasantly spicy.
The history of Frantoio Bartolini began in the Umbrian hills around 1850, when, with a small mill with an animal-drawn millstone, it began oil production that through six generations has come down to the present day. The business has expanded, but the company has maintained direct control of the entire supply chain and can thus guarantee traceability. On the Bartolini farm, in the Natural Park of the Nera River, legumes and cereals are grown in addition to olive trees: in respect for nature and its fruits Bartolini promotes organic farming and agriculture increasingly immune to chemical treatments.
