The Casale Pietropaolo Farm cultivates traditional Vesuvian fruits and vegetables with respect for the land and biodiversity. Composta di Fichi del Vesuvio (Vesuvius Fig Compote) is an artisanal delicacy prepared with selected fruits, cut by hand into two parts, to which only 10 percent sugar is added. A perfect compote for mouth-watering desserts, but also to pair with cow's and sheep's milk cheeses.
