Fonduta Valdostana produced by Alpenzu is one of the specialties of the artisanal company named after a beautiful village in the Aosta Valley. A whole family with a dream to pass down ancient recipes, prepared with selected ingredients and a lot of passion. Fondue is a succulent sauce of ancient origins, traditional to the Aosta Valley, prepared in this case with a balanced mix of DOP fontina and flavorful table cheeses, eggs and cream. Genuine and dye-free, it is best enjoyed as a main dish with bread croutons, on vol au vent, but also as a dressing for excellent pasta dishes or mantecatura for a good risotto. Also try it as an accompaniment to meats.
