A harmonious sparkling wine Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé millesimato, produced in a limited number of bottles from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Intense yellow color with green highlights, it has fine and persistent perlage. The nose is floral, with notes of white flowers, and mineral. In the mouth it reveals a harmonious structure rich in nuances. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with elaborate first courses and with fish and white meat main courses. Alcohol 12.5%. Serving temperature 8/10 C.
A historical enterprise since 2012, Catturich Ducco Winery was founded in Passirano, on the family estate in Franciacorta, in 1967 by Count Piero. His passion for oenology led him to Burgundy to study local production and aging methods: he was one of the first to introduce barriques in Italy and to offer red sparkling wines. With the introduction of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc vineyards, the winery established itself for its renowned sparkling wines made with the classic method.
