The Cookie Factory Amari was born from the passion for pastry of sisters Lorella and Mariella, who in 2003 opened their small artisan business in Carmignano, Italy, where they produce delicious handmade cookies made with exceptional ingredients: only first-ripening butter, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Tuscan chestnut flour, and dried fig jam from Carmignano, which are Slow Food Presidium. Gastone is a fragrant shortbread cookie with chopped almonds and hazelnuts, perfect for breakfast and a nutritious snack.
Inspired by the tradition of biscuit-making in Prato, Lorella and Mariella Amari started the company that bears their name in 2003. In a land known for the famous "cantucci pratesi," the Amari sisters give life to an artisanal reality, combining authenticity and quality in delicious handmade cookies.
