A soft liqueur cherry encased in an extra dark chocolate shell in a rare balance of flavors: the Graffioni are the pralines that have become the jewel in Tosca's crown. The artisan company has revived a precious recipe from the Hapsburg tradition, handed down by some Cremonese confectioners, who renamed this chocolate "sgranfignòon" after the cherry in the local dialect.
