The Claudio Olivero Farm breeds laying hens in the countryside of Cuneo, with attention to animal and environmental welfare. The hens are free to scratch and are fed with organic cereals grown on the farm, enriched with flax seeds and hemp or corn and alfalfa. Not only eggs: from an idea of Claudio, attentive to the principles of healthy nutrition, but tasty, Saracetti are born, delicious organic rustic biscuits prepared with buckwheat and hazelnuts grown on the farm, and ingredients of vegetable origin. Perfect to soak in coffee, tea and of course with the zabaglione Olivero house.
