Maximum Blanc de Blancs Brut Trento DOC Ferrari 75 cl

Maximum, a Metodo Classico aged on lees for about 36 months, is a Blanc de Blancs made from pure Chardonnay, a soft and delicate sparkling wine of great quality. It is straw yellow in color and has a very persistent perlage. The nose is intense, fruity with notes of bread crust and hazelnut. In the mouth it is fine and satisfying, with citrus nuances and mineral sensations on the finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers and seafood dishes. Alcoholic strength 12,5%. Serving temperature 8/10° C.
