The Menzen is a fresh red wine made from pure Schiava Alto Adige DOC. Deep ruby red in color, the nose gives hints of violet and black cherry. In the mouth it is smooth, elegant and fresh, with soft tannins and excellent persistence. Excellent with appetizers and light first courses, with speck and fresh cheeses. Try with savory fish-based recipes. Alcohol 12.5%. Serving temperature 14° C.
