The cake Mochi is a brand new creation of the Bonci brothers, dedicated to the sculptor Francesco Mochi, considered one of the founders of the Italian Baroque. A real artisan cake without preservatives: the soft, delicate dough made with almond and hazelnut flour is enriched with a coffee liqueur. A unique harmony of flavors, an irresistible delicacy, a perfect dessert to end a meal.
The history of Pastry Shop Bonci began in 1953 with brothers Gino and Giuseppe, who opened a bakery in Montevarchi in Valdarno. Today the pastry shop has become a symbol of traditional craftsmanship, with strong ties to Tuscan food and wine history, but with a desire to create new specialties and sought-after flavor combinations. In recent years, the pastry shop has been joined by gourmet products such as giardiniere, mustards and jellies.
