The Moscato Rosa Alto Adige DOC Franz Haas is a very particular sweet wine: it is vinified with a short maceration on the skins to avoid too astringent tannins. Fermentation is interrupted at the desired point through the cold and the wine ages in steel until bottling. Fresh, bright ruby color, the nose is aromatic with hints of rose, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel. The mouthfeel is elegant, complex, structured and enchants the palate with an extraordinary interplay of sweetness, acidity and tannins. The Moscato Rosa Alto Adige DOC is perfect both as an original aperitif and as a dessert wine to accompany dry pastries, tarts and chocolate. Alcohol 10.5%. Serving temperature 14 - 16
