The typical and Traditional Mostarda of Cremona is a mixed fruit mostarda produced by Andrini, a company in Gottolengo (BS) that has specialized in fruit processing for more than 80 years. Mostarda Tradizionale is prepared with figs, apples, clementines, pears, cherries, apricots and peaches that are candied and then placed in glucose syrup with the addition of mustard essence. A must on Christmas tables to accompany mixed boiled meats, it is enjoyed year-round along with a board of mixed cheeses.
