The Mostarda of Cherries is a single-fruit mostarda produced by Andrini, a company in Gottolengo (BS) that has specialized in fruit processing for more than 80 years. The Mostarda of Cherries produced by the Andrini company is prepared with selected fruits that are candied and then placed in glucose syrup with the addition of mustard essence. An ever-present on Christmas tables, cherries are delicious to accompany mixed boiled meats. Perfect all year round along with a board of mixed cheeses, the skewer with diced sweet provolone and cherries is a must try.
