The Mostarda of Pears is a single-fruit mostarda produced by Andrini, a company in Gottolengo (BS) that has specialized in fruit processing for more than 80 years. The Mostarda of Pears produced by the Andrini company is prepared with selected fruits that are candied and then placed in glucose syrup with the addition of mustard essence. Indispensable on Christmas tables to accompany mixed boiled meats, it is enjoyed year-round along with a board of mixed cheeses.
