Alce Nero organic semolina spaghettoni are made from organic durum wheat grown in Italy. The rigorous production process, which uses spring water from the Dolomites and bronze wire drawing, gives a rough surface, excellent hold during cooking and a slightly burnished color. A source of fiber, it is ideal for preparing simple and tasty pasta dishes.
