Alce Nero organic tomato puree is made without additives and salt. The tomatoes are grown in Italy and harvested in summer when they are ripe. After being selected and washed, the tomatoes are steamed to remove the skin and then crushed, pureed and concentrated. It makes an excellent base for sauces and gravies and adds flavor to any recipe. Especially for making a delicious spaghetti dish with tomatoes and basil. All year round you can enjoy the taste of the sun.
