Pomodorino Giallo Paglione is an artisanal specialty prepared with a variety of very sweet yellow cherry tomatoes, with firm flesh, grown in organic agriculture. Within 12 hours of harvesting, the cherry tomatoes are placed in glass jars with water and salt: in this way they retain all the fragrance and aroma of the fresh vegetable. Exceptional for making sauces for pasta dishes, even in combination with savory ingredients, perfect for adding to fish or meat recipes. Excellent on pizza.
