The history of Pasticceria Barbero begins with Marco, who moved to Turin at the end of the 19th century to work as an apprentice in a confectionery workshop and learn a trade. A few years later he returns to Cherasco where he opens a chocolate bakery that still produces the original specialties, such as Baci di Cherasco. Under the central arcades of the Piedmontese town in the Pasticceria Barbero you can breathe the charm of the past among a thousand delights to taste, in the warm atmosphere of the restaurant: pralines, truffles, cremini, cascè and of course the Baci.
