The Pantaccioni D'Aniello, an original format in the form of small striped lasagnette, is a small masterpiece of goodness. In fact, the Pasta di Gragnano IGP of this traditional pasta factory is produced with a selection of high quality durum wheat grown in Campania: the semolina obtained is then kneaded exclusively with water from the local aquifer. The pasta, after the various stages of processing, is dried at low temperature and then packaged within 24 hours to preserve the exceptional organoleptic qualities. The Pantaccioni di Gragnano IGP Pastificio D'Aniello are special with all kinds of condiments: the particular shape collects the sauce to perfection! Excellent with sauces made with tomatoes, vegetables, meat sauce or seafood.
