The history of Olio Anfosso began in the mid-1940s, when brothers Alessandro and Alfredo, in love with the olive oil culture of western Liguria, began processing native olives into high-quality oils. Over the years, the Anfosso brothers expanded their offerings to include olive sauces, pasta and preserves. All this, both by maintaining an unbreakable bond with tradition and by reworking classic recipes in a modern key.
