Perlè Bianco Trento DOC Riserva 2015 Magnum Ferrari 150 cl

An exceptional Metodo Classico sparkling wine, aged on the lees 8 years, made with pure Chardonnay grapes from the Lunelli family's best vineyards. Golden yellow in color, it has fine and persistent perlage. The nose is enveloping, with notes of white flowers and candied citrus fruits, with spicy and toasted aromas. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with the softness given by long aging. It is persistent with long finish giving hints of apricot and white pepper. Alcohol 12.5%. Serving temperature 6/8° C.
