Prail Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC 2020 Colterenzio 75 cl

The Prail is a fresh and aromatic white wine made from pure Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC. Yellow in color with greenish highlights, the nose carries notes of elderflower, acacia flowers and sage. On the palate it is balanced, with good freshness and minerality. Excellent as an aperitif and with vegetable recipes, asparagus in particular, white meats and fish, especially when enriched with herbs. Alcohol 14%. Serving temperature 10/12° C.
