The precooked Cotechino Bellucci is made from selected Italian raw materials, is without added polyphosphates and gluten-free. Cotechino is made from a mixture of minced pork meat seasoned with salt and seasonings, the aroma very pleasant and the flavor full. Ready in no time, just remove the casing, slice it and bring it to the table with a good puree and the ever-present lentils to enjoy a great traditional dish.
