The Precooked Cotechino with Balsamic Vinegar Bellucci is made from selected Italian raw materials, with no added polyphosphates and no gluten. The cotechino consists of a mixture of minced pork meat seasoned with salt and herbs, the very pleasant aroma and full flavor enriched by the sweet and sour note of balsamic vinegar. Ready in no time, just remove the casing, slice it and bring it to the table with a good puree and the ever-present lentils to enjoy a great traditional dish.
