Galìè is an extra dry sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes, produced according to the Charmat method. In the glass it has a pale straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is elegant, with scents of pear, apple and acacia flowers, fresh on the palate, with a good mineral note, harmonious. Perfect as an aperitif, with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses, with first courses, baked fish and white meats, grilled vegetables and mixed roasted Italian dishes. Serving temperature 6-8° C.

Astoria's name is linked inseparably with one of the world's best-known wines: Prosecco DOCG. Founded in 1987 from the passion of Paolo and Giorgio Polegato, today Astoria draws on the vast oenological heritage of the land of Conegliano to produce high quality wines, with one eye on tradition and one on modernity.
