Butterfly is an extra dry sparkling wine produced by Astoria from 100% Glera grapes using the Charmat method. In the glass it presents a fine and persistent perlage and a pale straw color. The bouquet is elegant, with notes of peach, pear and flowers. On the palate, the mineral note is strong but fresh, harmonious and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers and fish dishes, perfect with a mixed Italian fritto misto. Serving temperature 6°C.
