The Jam with Quince Andrini Marmellate 300 gr is a typical Brescian specialty, a feather in the cap, along with chestnut cream, of the Andrini company in Gottolengo (BS) that has specialized in fruit processing for more than 80 years. Quince is a variety of apple with a characteristic sour flavor used in the preparation of many desserts. Quince, made from selected fruits and citrus peels according to a recipe from the 1700s, has a particularly dense consistency: it is savored, diced, at the end of a meal just like a dessert or with a cheese board. A traditional delicacy to be tasted at least once!
