The tomato sauce is prepared with fresh ingredients, all organically grown on the Paglione Farm. This specialty made from a variety of firm and very sweet cherry tomatoes, pureed with medium mesh to obtain a more rustic puree, Paglione extra virgin olive oil and salt, is enriched with capers and olives. It is the easiest way to appreciate the high artisanal quality of Paglione products. Great for seasoning a good pasta dish, but it is perfect to add to many vegetable, fish and meat recipes.
