It is great for a tasty spaghetti, to enrich a cold pasta, with vegetables, even in salads. Try it paired with boiled or steamed fish.
In 1949 Antonio Bonomo and Girolamo Giglio founded the Capperificio di Pantelleria, which has since then been committed to enhancing the island's most typical fruit. Over the years the business passed into the hands of the founders' children, and along with it their passion, so the Capperificio was joined by the Azienda Agricola, the Laboratory and La Nicchia, the brand that offers the products of the Pantelleria land processed in a simple way to preserve their unique characteristics and flavor.
